Joe Allen looks to be on his way to Anfield after Liverpool are reportedly ready to trigger the £15m transfer clause in his contract.
Swansea are bound to allow Allen to leave if Liverpool, Manchester United, Manchester City, Chelsea or Arsenal meet the valuation.
However, any other club can bid less than £15m for the midfielder, so Liverpool are looking at a £13.5m fee, although they will be prepared to offer more if necessary.
