Roberto Martinez is flying to Boston on Thursday to meet Liverpool's owner John Henry.

The Wigan boss is top of the list as Liverpool search for a new manager, with Andre Villas-Boas believed to be the second choice and Fabio Capello now coming out to express his interest in the job.

However, several names including Frank De Boer and Brendan Rodgers have ruled themselves out of the process.
