Liverpool are set to make a £7m bid for Newcastle United striker Demba Ba.
The Senegalese striker has a get-out clause in his contract that would allow him to move if such an offer were received and it is rumoured that new Liverpool boss Brendan Rodgers is seriously making a bid.
