Argentina progress

Argentina are through to the semi-finals of the Copa America.
Argentina booked their semi-final place with a 4-0 hammering of Peru last night. Liverpool's Javier Mascherano was again on the scoresheet for the Argies.

Juan Roman Riquelme scored the first and Lionel Messi made it 2-0. Mascherano then scored his second goal in two games when he tapped in from close range to make it 3-0. Riquelme then added the fourth.

Argentina will meet Mexico, who beat Paraguay 6-0 yesterday, in the semi-final.
