Lyon vow to help Reds

Lyon will do their best to help Liverpool promised Claude Puel.
Liverpool need Lyon to get a result away against Fiorentina to keep their Champions League hopes alive. Despite the fact the French side have already qualified for the knockout stages, Puel has promised the Reds his side will go for the win in Italy.

"We will play fair. We want to win the group and avoid getting a tougher draw in the next stage," said the Lyon boss.

"Liverpool have no need to fear what may happen. We will play to win the game and that will leave the situation in Liverpool's hands to win their last two games and go through themselves."
