Lionel Messi has once again spoken of his desire to play alongside Javier Mascherano at Barcelona.
The Liverpool midfielder has been linked with the Spanish giants for several weeks despite Rafael Benitez insisting he is going nowhere."I hope Mascherano can come and we can form a solid partnership," said Messi. "His qualities are always appreciated. A good footballer like him who can contribute is always welcome."
