Torres passes medical

Fernando Torres has passed a medical and will sign later today.
Torres has agreed personal terms with the Reds and yesterday passed a medical ahead of his £26.5m move from Athletico Madrid.

"The player has passed a medical. All the agreements are now in place and he will put pen to paper on the deal on Wednesday," said a club spokesman yesterday.
